公司沿革與理成
1991 年創立祥達機械股份有限公司，秉持誠信、確實、服務、原則，專業致力輪胎機械之生產。強化輪胎成型機研究與開發，不斷自我提昇與要求，以提供更加品質的產品紿予愛顧的客戶。
1996 年投入研發生產小型賽車專用胎之成型筒，採用無間隙連桿設計原理，創新開發設計成為台灣業界第一家小型成型筒無縫式研發成功者，大幅提昇小型輪胎生產之品質及效能。
1999 年因應市場的需求與技術品質的增進，著手計劃動工較具完備設施工業廠房，於本年三月正式遷移至新廠。

COMPANY'S PAST HISTORY AND THINKING
In 1991, The company was established by named of “SHINER MACHINERY CO., LTD.” We keep at, SINCERITY, CONFIDENCE, SERVICE, basis to specify various tire machinery. To strength our R&D's capability for the Tire Building machines, we try to promote ourselves in order to provide our best quality's products for our customers.
In 1996, We focused on developing and manufacturing the small-scaled race car tires by using non-gap connecting rod's design. The creative design was the number-one successor to adopt non-gap DRUM for the small-scaled tires. It does upgrade the tire's quality and efficiency for small-scaled Tire's production.
In 1999, To adapt the market's needs and promote the technology as well, we intended to expand our existing scale and moved to the new factory in March.
